Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of this Pride LED.
Unless otherwise specified in any writing by Seller and Pride LED, the following sales terms and conditions shall apply to any and all orders of your online purchases by buyer from our website (www.prideled.com), and may not be altered in any way, shape, or form. In these sales terms and conditions, the Pride LED Company designated in Seller’s order acknowledgement is referred to as “Seller” and the party to whom Seller’s order acknowledgement is addressed is referred to as “Buyer.” Any attempt to alter this document or to place order deviating from terms and conditions will nullify order, unless there is a signed agreement between buyer and Pride LED.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (25% restocking fees are applied). Shipping cost are not refundable.
The returns must be approved by Pride LED and it must suppled with approval e-mail from Pride LED. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

After 30 days of purchase, no returns are accepted and no refunds are provided.
Manufacturer Warranties
If there is warranty offered for a product under warranty section on our website and product is still under warranty, customer can send their product back. Customer is responsible for shipping charges after 30 days for warranty replacements. Life hours of product does not imply warranty.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING over $49. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to PO boxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Personal and Business Checks
We do not accept personal or business check as method of online payment.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
