Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (25% restocking fees are applied). Shipping cost are not refundable. If you made purchased under "Free Shipping" promotion, the delivery shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issue to you. A return damage claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery date. If the reason for return is because of Pride LED error (missing product/wrong product shipped), Pride LED will provide with prepaid shipping label and you need to drop it off to carrier drop off location.

We highly encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival.  We highly recommend taking photos and refusing delivery for damage item.  Most shipping companies allow only 2 business days to make damage claim. 

The returns must be approved by Pride LED and it must supplied with approval e-mail from Pride LED. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you ship the product back, make sure to package it safely so that it does not get damage during shipping. Take pictures of damaged product and get approval from Pride LED to ship the item back to us. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance to cover for shipping damage. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims. There will be no refund granted for product that has been installed, damaged, or tampered in any way that will compromise our ability to resell.  Pride LED maintains full discretion in approval of return decisions. If a replacement product is not available, we may replace your item with a comparable one, at our discretion or provide you prorated refund.

After 30 days of purchase, no returns are accepted and no refunds are provided.

Manufacturer Warranties

If there is warranty offered for a product under warranty section on our website, manufacturer is still in business, and product is still under warranty, customer can send their product back. Customer is responsible for shipping charges after 30 days for warranty replacements. Life hours of product does not imply warranty. Pride LED does not fulfill the warranty claim until the product is received. There are no prepaid shipping return label provided by Pride LED after 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping for warranty claims. If the product is out of stock or discontinued or deprecated, Pride LED will offer the next best prorated option at our discretion.

In no event is Pride LED is liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, good will, data, information, income, anticipated savings or loss of business relationships. Pride LED is not liable for any installation accidents, mishaps, power surge, damage photocell, water damages, and does not reimburse any installation costs. If the product is faulty or defective, Pride LED will only cover the prorated cost of the product within warranty period and no other cost will be covered. Please make sure to hire a licensed electrician for installation.  

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING over $49.  We can ship to virtually any address in the United States with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We also do not ship to PO boxes. Residential deliveries are subjected to extra charges.  If the residential delivery requires lift gate or inside delivery, extra charges are applied to your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Lost Packages / Shipping Errors:

Any shipping and/or reshipping charges for packages which are refused, returned back to us, contains missing address info, contains incorrect address or failed to be canceled in time are the responsibility of the customer.

In situation when a package is showed as “Delivered”, but claimed to be “Received”, but claimed to not have been “Received,” we will make initial contact with the carrier to get an update and may create an investigation. But, the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure a safe arrival location, to ensure accurate shipping information is provided, and to contact the carrier with any further questions after Proof is Delivery.
